Jillian Cocayne for School Board 2026 operates a text messaging program for supporters and voters in the Encinitas Union School District. Messages include campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and ballot and election reminders.

 

How to join

You can join by submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box at jillian4eusd.com/text, or by giving your mobile number to a campaign volunteer and agreeing to receive texts.

Message frequency

​

Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly two to six messages per month, with more in the weeks immediately before Election Day.

Cost

​

Message and data rates may apply. The campaign does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

 

How to stop

​

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may rejoin at any time at jillian4eusd.com/text.

Carriers

 

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
